Another Old Project Found

When I first got to Alaska I was really bored. I was living on base with nothing to do so I went to the Michaels and got a bunch of yarn to make a supersized granny square blanket for my mother. I had not discovered quality yarns yet so it is Red Heart. I worked on this blanket off and on for 2 years. Finally I thought it was big enough at queen size and I was really tired of it. So here are some pictures. I am now working on one for my father to use while napping. I think since I haven’t been working on it at all I will have to have a row a day policy to maybe get it done by Christmas. Oh and this one won’t be queen size.
