I have wanted to make this Caramel Apple Tart all week. I wanted to make it last night very badly, but I couldn’t find a pastry cutter and when it was suggested to use two knives it was too late to cook it without staying up. So today I went to Sugar Bakers and found my pastry cutter and some bread pans for some bread I am hoping turns out tonight as well. The Caramel Apple Tart looks okay. You can’t see the bottom luckily. I had a really hard getting the dough right and it ended up being too crumbly.. But hopefully it tastes good. We are going to have it with ice cream and whipped cream as soon as it cools a bit.
