Pizza Musings

Tonight I am trying my hand at pizza. I am still on a high from those scones (I am munching on one as I type this) and I think I must continue down this road. I hope I have the time and that I get home in time. Babykins has his speech lady appointment today. She comes over to the house about once a month and works with him maybe once a week at daycare. I am so happy to say that I don’t think he needs the speech classes anymore and he hasn’t even had them for a month. The little guy is really a chatterbox now. Oops, sorry about the tangent…

Okay so back to pizza. I am hoping to get the dough made as soon as I get home and before Carlos’s appointment. She will be coming over at 5 so I might skip out a little early from work to get it to the rise stage before she gets to the house. Then the big problem is what kind of pizza to make? I have mexican cheese at home, but I think I will go to the commissary and pick up some pizza cheese mix if they have it. I was thinking a pesto pizza but maybe I shouldn’t get all fru-fru from the get go. Maybe I should start with a traditional pepperoni pizza. But if I go this route I will also put jalapenos on it, well on one side at least. Mmmmm, I can’t wait to get home and get cooking. (Oh and I will be barefoot in the kitchen and pregnant:))

LOL barefoot and pregnant is the best way, my dear. 🙂 I can't wait to see how the pizza turns out! 🙂

  2. get as fancy as you want. And hooray for no longer needing speech. We reached that milestone about a month ago with Bella, and just as Carlos, she is a real “chatterbox”.
